Analysing their current marketing collateral, discussing with key stakeholders their expectations for the marketing team and highlighting the services they wish to elevate.
Our team reviewed the competitive landscape to help identify further opportunities, as well as a work into personas and audiences that NashTech wish to communicate with in order to educate, engage and convert into business partnerships.
All leading to a scalable budgeted comms strategy and refined brand proposition, identifying which channels they can activate from a marketing point of view and creative messages to push. We reviewed a full channel mix of opportunities from tactical to larger activations.
